DESCENDANT ONLINE STORE has gone paperless with invoices and receipts.
Please download the PDF data using the following method.

Invoices and receipts can be downloaded from your order history found on “My Page.”

▪︎ Guest Purchases
Invoices can only be downloaded from the provided URL included in the shipment email notification.
If you require a receipt, please contact us using the provided inquiry form.

QWhen will my order be delivered?

All orders are processed the next day. Orders are typically shipped within seven days of confirmation. The logistics and customer service are closed on weekends including the new year holidays.

QCan you combine multiple different orders when shipping?

We cannot combine separate orders.

QCan you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping.

QCan I change the payment method after the payment has been confirmed?

Credit cards may be used for "cash on delivery” option services.
