配送料、消費税が必要となります。
あと払い（ペイディ）は支払方法により手数料が必要となる場合があります。

関東: 630円(税込)
北陸・東海・信越・関西: 735円(税込)
東北・中国・四国: 840円(税込)
北海道・九州: 945円(税込)
沖縄県及び一部の離島地域: 1,980円(税込)

<ご注意>
一部、配送中継料金の発生する地域へのお届けに関しましては、中継手数料を含めた配送料をご負担頂きます。配送日時指定はお受けすることが出来ません。以上、予めご了承下さい。

＜あと払い（ペイディ）手数料＞
支払方法により、毎月のお支払（請求）毎に手数料が発生いたします。コンビニ払いの場合最大390円（税込）、銀行振込の場合は振込手数料をお客様にご負担いただきます。口座振替の場合、支払手数料は発生いたしません。

支払期限: クレジットカード決済をご利用の場合......ご利用のクレジットカードの締め日や契約内容により異なります。ご利用されるカード会社までお問い合わせください。
あと払い（ペイディ）をご利用の場合......請求確定分を月末締めで翌月1日に請求書を発行し、3日までにペイディよりEメール・SMS（ショートメッセージ）にてご案内いたします。支払期日は、コンビニ払い及び銀行振込の場合は10日までとなります。口座振替の場合は12日*に引き落しとなります。ただし、1月・5月度は20日*となる場合がございます。

引渡し時期: DESCENDANTでは、土日・祝日の発送業務は行っておりません。
ご注文完了後7日以内に発送いたします。当日中のご注文は、翌日以降の発送となります。また、メールでのお問い合わせも同様に土日・祝日は対応しておりません。(年末年始業務停止期間中含む)

返品・交換について: 商品の返品・交換はお受けいたしません。
但し、商品に初期不良があった場合や、配送中の破損、誤送があった場合には、返品・交換をお受けいたします。その場合は、商品到着後７日以内に必ず「注文番号」をご連絡ください。その後、返品・交換の手続きをとらせて頂きます。交換商品が用意できる場合は、返送・再送に要する送料を当社負担の上、良品と交換いたします。尚、交換商品が用意できない場合は、代金を全額返済させて頂きます。予めご了承ください。未開封であっても商品到着後７日を過ぎてしまうと、返品・交換をお受けする事ができませんのでご注意ください。
保証対応となる交換品、又は修理完了品等の送付先は、日本国内のみとさせていただきます。

Payment other than products

Customers will be responsible for shipping fees and sales tax.
Paidy payments may require a fee depending on the payment method.

＜Notice＞
There may be additional delivery fees for certain regions which require special delivery.
You cannot specify a date and time for delivery.We appreciate your understanding regarding the above.

Delivery Time: DESCENDANT - Please note, orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will not be processed or shipped until the following Business Day. As well, inquiries via email are also not supported during Weekends and Holidays.
Orders placed during the Weekday will be processed the following Business Day.

For Returned or Exchanged

We do not accept returns or exchanges of product. However, if there is an initial manufacturer defect or the item has been damaged during delivery, we will accept the exchange. In this case, please contact us with the item order number, within 7 days of receiving delivery. If it is determined that an item qualifies for an exchange, please return the item to us and a replacement will be prepared, please note to having shipping fees paid by receiver when returning goods. If a replacement item is not available for the exchange, we will fully refund your order. Please note, it is our policy not to accept a return or exchange 7 days after receiving delivery of goods, even if the package is in new, unopened condition.

The warranty support for replacements or product repairs are limited to addresses within Japan.
