DESCENDANT

Everyone has different tastes in clothes, ways of wearing them and ways of handling them. The same item can look different depending on who wears it and how. Of course, there is no right way to wear it. It's not a question of what looks good on you or what doesn't, but more so, essential to wear it with a style that says "your style.'' I've been thinking about this a lot lately.

Recently, I went to Tokushima with the DESCENDANT team. We visited a few locations on the trip, including the "KAMIKATSU ZERO WASTE CENTER" in Kamikatsu, which tackles the environmental issue of garbage and has had a significant influence on our activities, and the microbrewery "RISE & WIN BREWING CO." which has also collaborated with DESCENDANT. We also visited Naruto, where my long-time friend Takashi (Takashi Yokoyama), who creates handmade bags called RIDE BAG, lives.

Takashi has been a friend of ours since before we started DESCENDANT. He started making bags in a corner of the WTAPS atelier and became a big supporter of DESCENDANT after he moved to Naruto. He truly lives the seaside lifestyle.

Although the DESCENDANT crew members are all different in age and roles, we all wear DESCENDANT clothes as we prefer, and each of them still has their own unique style even when they are out and about like this.
