DESCENDANT

According to the calendar, it's already spring, as we welcome the first day of spring.

I want to start the 2024 Spring & Summer collection with a high-contrast silkscreen poster of a tennis court.

I believe a brand’s color scheme is memorable in many ways and while creating this poster, I realized that blue, green, and yellow are colors that DESCENDANT often uses. This season, as usual, the graphic was created by Yuji Kamiyama.

The actual product’s graphic on the back will be an appliqué.

The same goes for the clothes we make, but DESCENDANT's identity has been created by not changing.
If you don't make too many adjustments to things, I think that as time passes, we get closer to the essence so that it looks the same no matter what era or place it is.

This year marks 10 years since the launch of DESCENDANT. This spring, we plan to open a store for the first time in a long time and it will be in Harajuku. Looking forward to seeing you all again.
